Roaches

For the insect part of my Bearded Dragons' diets, I use Silkworms. I know, as a person, I wouldn't want the same thing time and time again. So I wanted to add Roaches to the insect portion of my adult dragons' diets. What do you guys recommend? Discoid? Lobster?...
How do your dragons take to them?

On a side note, all my dragons are adults, so I only offer Silkworms 1-3 times weekly. Salads are offered daily.

I feed mine large dubia roaches.

I feed, Lobsters, Turks, Dubia's, Superworms
i mix it up daily for him and he loves them all!!!

hi im new to roaches and just bought some dubia, how much does a 1 year old dragon get a day?

For a one year old dragon...

Offer him the Insects only 1-3 times weekly, a one year old dragon is considered an adult, and doesn't need as much protein as much as a hatchling/juvenile does. Let him pig out for a 10-15 minute period. This should give him just the right amount of time to get full but not over eat. Offer a fresh salad with a variety of things daily.
