hello everyone,
as you can see from my signature i have 2 leos and 2 crested geckos. i think crickets are an absolute pain so for my leopard geckos i feed mealworms that i breed and cgd for my crested geckos but i was wondering about roaches. for the crested geckos i would continue to feed cgd even if i got roaches but i would just give some of the extras from the leos to my crested geckos instead of crickets as the source of insects for my cresties. i have heard that roaches are great nutrition and incredibly easy to breed. So basically i am asking what type of roaches would be best for me, how to breed them, and where i could get them(if any of u guys sell or just need to get rid off any excess breeders i would buy from you if i decide to go through with the roach idea). thanks in advance

Where do you live at? I dont mind giving a few away to locals.

You wouldnt need a large colony for your needs. 100 adults would be plenty.

Just keep in mind that dubia are NOT cheap, and definitely not something to just buy and feed off. It makes way more sense to get a small number, and allow them to breed then feed off what you wish. I've bought dubia from www.theroachguy.com before, and was pleased. I will be ordering from www.thebestroach.com in a few days to introduce new blood into my colonies.
