In April my female gecko will turn 2 years old, so I just want to know, is it safe to feed her Turkistan Roaches (Blatta lateralis) ?

I would see no problem as long as they are gut loaded, and healthy.

I've heard that turkistan roaches are actually one of their prey items in the wild.
