Roches and tokays

has anyone had any experience with feeding roaches to a tokay? I am considering switching from crickets VERY soon.

I feed mine some dubia for a short while they loved them. As far as feeding just roaches I don't know I believe they are in every way better, but not sure.

Mine will sometimes eat them. She's picky and has to be in the mood though.
