We got our one from amazon.com - it's not easy to find it here in Germany. But if there ship from America straight to us, I guess they ship it to everywhere
We are very satisfied with this book- even if it's started to fall into sheets because we read it maybe to much often

You can buy them at the Toronto Reptile Expo from Scotty Allen. He's the guy with the huge table full of books and displays. Should also mention he sells them cheaper then on Trempers site. He always has them available.
