- Sex Male
- Age & Weight Just over 2 years & 88.8g
- How long have you owned your leo He was about 4monts when i got him from my work
- Where was he/she obtained (ex. Pet store, breeder, wild caught, friend) Pet store, i cared for the reptiles
A) Health/History
- How often do you handle your leo 2 or 3 times a week. quick hand rides as he likes to fly :S
- Is your leo acting any different today? If so how does he/she normally act which differs from now. Nope hes always been lazy
- Has he/she had any problems in the past, if so please describe. Nope part from being vicious
B) Fecals
- Describe (look any different than normal) Quite dark in colour and runny, also has a white blob in it
- When was the last time he/she went Last night i think
C) Problem
- Please briefly descrive the problem and how long it has been going on
He just seems to have an up set tummy but cant think why. I'v had him for over two years. he was a breeding animal but isnt this year. i havnt changed any thing in his routine. was just a bit worried

A) Typical diet
- What you're feeding (how often, how much) adult locusts, giant meal worms and treat wax worms bout three times a week
- How are you feeding (hand fed, left in dish, ect) treats by hand and others left in unless not eaten
B) Supplements (describe how often) food is dusted and bowl is also left in always
- What vitamin/minerals are you using (list brands) cant remember as not at home
- What are you gut loading food with greens & bug grub
