SC lizards

I spent last week in the Aiken/Trenton area of South Carolina and found several cute little lizards, mostly fence lizards, but also a few anoles, lined skinks, and racerunners, oh and one awesome spider. It was so interesting to watch these guys in their natural habitat and to observe their behaviours. My two neices(4 and 3 years old) loved lizard hunting and by the end of the week could identify them as either an anole, fence lizard, or skink. I was so proud!

Hey Becky, I would bet my next paycheck on that fence lizard being gravid, either that or it swallowed a squirrel, lol. That spider would have gotten me too, I am not too manly to admit, I AM NOT A FAN OF SPIDERS!!!

if i would have seen that spider i would have run the other way ,dont like spiders especially big ones, but i love the lizard pics
