scratch on her "lip"

So I'm pretty sure my leo scratched her "lip" (on her nose, in front, right by her mouth) ramming it into the wall of her hide will trying to catch a superworm.

it's not bleeding, but it's a red mark, so it looks like she skinned it.

Is there anything I should do or look out for as far as general care?

Just keep an eye on it .If it gets worse puts some original polysporin on it.i betcha if u just leave it it'll heal on its own

yeh as you said, she just skinned it. so it will surely heal if thats all it was.
