And I have a migraine headache--which, by the way, I read is a common side-effect of being gluten intolerant. I've done a bunch of reading on gluten intolerance, and am 99.5% sure I'll be adding gluten to my list of intolerables once I get the blood test. No lactose, no fructose, no shellfish, and now no gluten which is in everything.
