Assuming it was found in Wisconsin, I'm going to hazard a guess of Frontinella communis. The colors and the pattern of the species can display variability from locale to locale and individual to individual and a lot of the google image search results for the species are darker than yours... but there aren't too many spiders in your state and there were only a couple contenders with similar appearances. I am leaning towards the bowl and doily spider mostly because of the proportions.
The next closest possibility based on a visual I.D. is Parasteatoda tepidariorum but the relative size of the abdomen to the cephalothorax seems a bit off and the thickness and joint positions of the legs also seem to be slightly different.
