Sent our Secret Easter Bunny gift yesterday..

We finally got our SEB gift sent out yesterday, and Foreverandever was our recipient. Her and I wanted to start a thread together.. we figured I'd be the story teller, and she could be the picture-poster

We originally planned to send one of our MSTA babies as our SEB gift :main_yes: However, as it turns out, I had started a few threads featuring one of our geckos named Bojangles, and Forever just absolutely fell in love with him :heart:

At first, we kind of joked around about her "leo-napping" him from us.. she still didn't know at the time who her SEB recipient was. Since she was our recipient, and she had expressed a lot of interest in Bo, I began to start thinking "hey, maybe she truly would want Bo over the MSTA."

Of course, what's most important is what would make her happier.. I thought she'd love Bo as a present, but then I again, I didn't necessarily want to send her a baby that was born with deformities. I had to let the cat out of the bag in order to ask her (we tried to think of ways getting around it, but it just wasn't happening lol)

So here we are now, Bojangles is no longer living with us We miss him INCREDIBLY, but as much as we love him and want him here with us, he deserves a better home where he can be taken out more often and go on more adventures LOL I did take him out, but not as much as he would have truly liked. Poor guy wants to come out every day :main_laugh:

Forever, I hope Bo brings you as much enjoyment as he has brought us :sweetheart: You are responsible for posting pics, and now you have to since it's in this section

Jess is just being nice...I practically pestered her to death about Bo LOL

I was so surprised when she told me she was my SEB and offered me Bo. Good thing I was sitting on the couch, otherwise I would have fallen over

I'm sooo very excited for him to arrive today! Work went SO slow last night for me lol

Even though I'm very excited to have him, I cant help but feel bad that you miss him, Jess. Thats why I asked her if she was 1 BILLION percent positive she was ok with sending him to me

Don't worry...he will be well taken care of. I'll probably handle him so much he'll turn mean to get me to leave him alone

I will post pics tonight of his arrival!

Thank you again Jess. You really dont know how excited I am!! I cant wait to see that little wonky eye in person!!

LOL WHATEVER you only posted two comments about him, that's not pestering Besides, you had no clue that I was your SEB at the time

It works out great, I mean, Bo gets a great home where he can be handled and loved more often, and that's all that matters. We'll miss him, yes, but we really do miss pretty much all of our geckos.. but it comes with the hobby. Nothing makes us happier than seeing our geckos bring that much joy to other people :main_yes: Besides, you're on here pretty often, I'm sure we'll get to see updated pics of him all of the time Oh, and you're only about a 5-hour drive away from us!! LOL ..and like I said, what mattered to us is what would make YOU more happy, it is YOUR Easter gift afterall

I am excited about you being excited, and I can't wait until you get to open the box and see him!

LOL, I should have sent the motorcycle with him! Thank you for the very nice comments everyone, she has messaged me and let me know that Bo just arrived safe and sound not too long ago :heart:
