Shadow Update and a question

so i have had shadow for nearly 3 months now and he just shed last night so i decided to post a pic.

and heres my question, its about handeling, everytime i go to handle him he always just runs away, i can never get him into my hand. but yet i can hand feed him fine, idk what to do because he wont let me pick him up. what should i do?

Every animal is different when it comes to their personality. I wouldn't push it though, the more you do the less likely it will be willing to trust you.

If he's eating out of your hand maybe you should just adjust your tactic to handling him. Maybe you could try laying one hand flat on the ground and *very* gently corralling him to walk on it with your other hand. Never grab, restrain, or trap him though - always leave a clear escape to one of his hides available if he decides to bolt.

Just try that, let him crawl on your hand/arm while you keep it in the terrarium. Take it slow, if your husbandry is correct than you've got a long long time to bond with him.
