She doesn't use the hides?

I posted a little while ago about getting my first little girl, a SHTCTB. She's amazing and already super hand tame. I've had her for about two weeks now and she's eating and pooping regularly.

I've noticed something weird though. She doesn't ever use the hides as far as I can tell. She has four hides, including a warm, dry hide, moist hide, and two more that are scattered around the cage at various parts of the temp gradient. She loves to explore and will climb all over and through the hides; she just doesn't stay in any of them. During the day and night when she is not climbing around she can be found basking in the open (right beside her hide that is at the same temperature). Does anyone know why? Thanks for any input.

I'm by no means an expert, still quite new to this, but my one year old male does the same thing. The only time he ever uses the moss house is when he's shedding. He has his favorite spot kinda in the middle of the tank, under a wooden log with branches, and that's where he can always be found. That's the only place he sleeps in. He is very tame too.

My female on the other hand is still rather skittish and always sleeps in one of the hides. She never sleeps out in the open.

I have a 1.5 year old large male leo that rarely ever uses hides. My 10 gram baby is always in a hide.

I think she's just very comfortable with you or it's to hot for her. But I'm going with comfortable with you, she sounds a lot like my Leo who also doesn't feel the need to hide. And it's a great quality! But just incase check the temp inside the hides.
