Was away a week for work my wife kept humid hids moist and feed. When I came home my female has skin stuck on tips of her toes. This has happened before and I've put them in a small container with wet paper towel for a little while and it peels right off. This time I've had her in there for hours and still it won't come off. Please any advice apprieciated

Try a soak. Put a little lukewarm water in bottom of the container. Let soak 10-15 min. NOT A LOT OF WATER AND NOT TOO HOT.
