Shed question.. again

Ok, so my girl Minitoast shed again today. Fourth shed since I've had her, and she always stops when her mid-section is clean, leaving her head and legs covered in shed skin. How long would you guys let her go to finish cleaning up? I know the importance of making sure her toes get cleaned so they aren't amputated, so how long would you wait?

Oh yeah, she also pooped on me again today, as I cleaned the skin off her face.. lol.

do you have a humid hide in there?
if the humid hide isn't on the heated end, it will be the coldest spot in the cage and underutilized. the longer you wait to help out, the worse the shed will get stuck.

Does not seem to matter where I put my hide, it never seams to get used. Thankfully iv had zero shed problems so far and it all seems to come off in one sitting lol. Never have I seen her with shed stuck somewhere and she's nearly 7 guess I'm just lucky in that department.

But I'd agree with ElapidSVT, sooner the better bummer about the poop thing tho hehe she loves you really.

Yeah I've got a humid hide on the warm side, and since I have a live potted plant in there it is misted every other day. The other 2 she lives with seem to have no issues but she never gets it right, lol.
