I have a male that has constant shed issues on his feet. When we got him, he had several toes missing and the breeder warned me that he had shed issues. I use the spray on his feet when I notice him starting to shed and it seems to help aome. He HATES to be soaked in shallow warm water and he doesn't seem to stress when I dab the spray on his feet.

I've always used water and misted the humid hides. That always worked for me!

I keep a humid hide in there also but he doesn't seem to like it. The vet recommended the spray when I took him in to have a fecal and to have his feet looked at. Yeah, Santino does his bad boy bark at me too when I do something he doesn't like. We call him a little pit bull. He is short and fat and has a wide little head and a bad boy attitude!

My vet also recommended Shed Aid for a leo that was having shed problems (they all have humid hides and are soaked in warm water when having problems, but she still had troubles). It really seemed to help quite a bit. I always keep some on hand, now, just in case.
