Shedding and lethargy

It's a newbie question but...

is it normal for Leo's to become lethargic before shedding? Echo has been in her moist hide today, but yesterday and today she wouldn't eat crickets or mealies she just seemed to want to lay around. I am really worried. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have some that will walk around and you can't even tell they are about shed, and some will also eat like crazy before and after a shed. I have 2 that will not touch a scrap of food before and after they shed lol so they are different I wouldn't worry about it, unless she sheds and keeps that behavior.
