Shedding and smell

I have two major issues and concerns.

I bought a Blizzard Leopard Gecko and have had her for about 3 months. She has NEVER shed while I've had her, and because of her whiteish/pinkish color I cannot tell if she is needing to shed, but I assume she should have by now. I have tried soaking her in warm water, and it's never helped her shed. Do they quit shedding eventually and maybe she won't. She's less than a year old, but 7 inches long because she was an XL ( I think bred with a giant?) Any ideas of what to do, or if I should be concerned?

Also, I use ceramic tile in a 20 gallon tank. She deficates in one corner, and it always REEKS! The only way to get the smell out is to bleach the whole cage- tiles, and the side of the glass, and under the tiles. Is the smell usual? Is there a different substrate to use? Ideas?

She probably sheds when you just aren't looking. It is fairly unusual for me at least to catch one of my leos in the act of shedding.

Do you spot-clean the corner every day? IME some leos stink worse than others, but a few minutes of cleanup each day should keep it within reasonable levels.

wouldn't i see at least a small piece of shed? How often do they shed.

I don't every day, I probably should.

Nah, she is probably shedding about every 3 weeks-1 month at that age, but healthy leopard geckos nearly always eat the entire shed immediately, leaving no evidence behind.

Yes, they eat the shed. You probably just have a very good shedder!

Also, you can spot clean the poop with vinegar water. I use a spray bottle. One part vinegar to ten parts water. Spray the poo area down then wipe it up. Vinegar erases the ammonia smell. Saves from having to clean the ENTIRE tank out all the time with bleach. Also, once a week I spray down my entire tank with the vinegar water and wipe it down with a paper towel. Vinegar is also good for cleaning the glass lol :D

And no, the tile is perfect :)
