Shedding maybe?

Macious, my youngest leopard gecko, has stretch marks by his one leg. I think he is shedding because he does look paler then usual

just looks like baggy skin to me tbh. as you said it could just be due to shedding. leos do tend to have baggy skin around the front limbs

Unless he's naturally that ghostly looking, he looks to be getting ready to shed to me...
