It looks as though the picture you tried to post is just in your gmail account so there for we can not see it as we would have to be in your actual email.

Im new to the game geckogirl so I would wait for someone else to respond.... However it is my understanding that if your gecko needs assistance with shedding its best to make sure you have a moist hide Also if she seems to be having problems shedding spray her gently with some water. Its also my understanding that you are to NEVER physicaly peel off the old shed with like your fingers as that could damage the new skin... If after everything is said and done and there still appears to be old shed still there get a wet toothbrush and very very very gently brush at it till it peels off. But all and all when its ready to come off it will come off

hey, it depends how long hes had it, because he may not actually be struggling to get off really... it just takes them a bit of persisiting and stuff.
so in a day or so, if its still around the neck then a bath in tepid water might be able to do the trick depending on how loose it is, if its not stuck down then sometimes you can just take it off yourself.

When I fear my little Leo is having trouble with her shedding.... I go ahead and spray the hole tank down with water (like along the glass) and also get a little bit on her. She does not like it at all so I barely mist over her cause Id hate to stress her out but it seems to help a whole lot. Good luck I'm sure it will be just fine!

I mist the sides lightly on the warm end only since they roam a lot during shed looking for something to rub on. It raises the humidity a little bit. You want to be careful of saturation, that can lead to respiratory infections. It does stress them to be misted directly but some may learn to like it. Not many tho... especially with a new pet it's not advisable to cause them any stress that can be avoided.
