Shedding Question???

Hi one of the twins Faith is shedding and she's 4yrs old she hadn't eaten any crix or mealies for 5 days now should I be worried? and yeah she poops fine and not dehydrated . She's shedding all over do I help her out? I have a shedding box or moist box in the tank that she always goes to and even sleep on...let me know what should I do this is the 1st time I saw them shed usually i see peeling then new skin but this one she's even not active let me know thanks!

Mine tend not to eat around shedding time.

Give her a few days and she will be back eating.

Once the shed is finished you can look for any stuck shed on her tail, legs/toes, head and gently soak the area in warm water to help... but so long as their is a humid hide then generally they will take care of it themselves

oh thanks! I'm just so worried never seen her like this b4 it doesn't look comfy...and I just want to make sure I'm doing everything right so just leave her thanks! oh yeah everyday I mist the shedding box a tupper ware it has moss inside i mist it with warm water is that ok?

I switch the moss/paper towels out in the humid hide once a month to keep it clean.
