I have to geckos and when they shed they do eat there skin which i have read is normal but after that do they get to a point where the new skin is so new they get sore or something like that and they really dont like to eat? I feed them normal meal worms and as a treat Ill feed them superworms or wax worms. any feed back would be apperciated

If it is a bad shed they can lose toes or get sores. They can also have complications from stuck shed. These things don't have anything to do with them eating the shed skin. You may find that a gecko that has just shed may not eat that day. Don't let it worry you. We have several that don't have an appetite the day of or the days surrounding a shed. They quickly go back to normal eating patterns.
