My leo, sprocket, just finished shedding, but there is still some on his toes. Should i try to get this shed off right away, or should i wait a bit before trying?

Edit: well hes trying to get it off now. So should i just wait it out? till like hes done trying completely?

Just let him try for a little bit. If its not gone by tomorrow or the day after give him a warm, shallow bath. Or, what I do is take a warm cotton swab and coax the skin off the toes. Either one is time consuming and requires taking it off yourself, but be careful, their toes are kind of fragile.

ok. so its not an immediate thing that must be done right away? I have some breathing room to let him do his thing?
And yea i was gonna put him in a tub with warm watter and if that didnt work, i was going to use a moist q-tip to try to peel it off.
