Your leo will get chalky white before they go into shed. You most likely won't catch them in the actual process. They will look normal again once they are done. Make sure to check for stuck shed. It can be removed by soaking in warm water, then gently removed with tweezers. If it's on a body part that can't be soaked...you can use a wet q-tip
