Shipping noob needs help quick.

Hi.

I plan on shipping one of my snakes to Florida soon,so now i don't know if i need a cool pack or not.
The temps here are in the low 90's and the mid 90's in Florida.
I use a reptile shipping box with 1/2 styrofoam and the snake will be in a cloth bag on crumbled up paper.
So what should i do?

I would definitely use a cold pack and I believe snakes are illegal to ship, so don't write snakes on the box. Maybe like live harmless reptile.

Snakes are legal to ship when you have an account with fed ex that is certified for animals.

Oh then that might just be for UPS. UPS only aloud Geckos and a couple other reptiles, but snakes are prohibited, with an animal shippers account.
