Shipping to ALASKA?!?!

Is it possible to ship geckos or snakes to Alaska?!? I may be moving up there in January, and if so, I would like to ship my little guys up there with me. I have a ball python and 7 leopard geckos, but could sell a few if i had to, I would rather not sell any of them!! I mean I know I could fed-ex them or UPS them overnight allthe way from KY to Alaska, sooo... ANy suggestions.

I don't see why it'd be a problem, although I'm not sure if overnight delivery would be an option outside of the big towns. Anchorage is actually one of the biggest cargo hubs in the country.

I have shipped to Alaska using Delta Dash. The customer picked up the shipment at the Anchorage airport the same day as I flew the package out. Worked great. However, you must be an approved shipper in order to use same day shipping with Delta Dash. You could call customer service with UPS, Fed EX, or DHL and see what their policies and shipping guarantees are, but at the time I shipped out (last year) they could not guarantee next day service to Alaska.
