Shopping cart software for website

Can anyone recommend a good shopping cart system?

I want something easy to use, both for me (website owner) and the customer. I find that some sites with shopping carts are kinda "clunky." I want something easy to navigate and search for items.

Must be able to integrate with paypal and credit card processor.

I hope I'm not posting in a thread that you've given up on. I see on your site you haven't got your online store up and running.

8 years ago I used to set up agora shopping carts, which I hear has evolved into zen cart. I just recently (partially) set up zen cart on a site (its there but I haven't edited the pages or added any items). From what I can remember there were a multitude of places that you had to change things, but it could be made to look like merely another part of your site. Its the only shopping cart I've used, and I don't recommend trying to integrate it into your site if you're an html novice (iirc, you only had to edit headers and footers, which were just straight up html) .

The other option is to find out if your host supports php and cURL (actually the above won't work if it doesn't support php). I'm fairly certain that you can integrate with paypal that way (I believe I had it working on a test account paypal provides). As for credit cards I think I recall something about paypal supporting cc payments, though of course they'd take a cut.

Also, look into getting a SSL certificate.
