Ok, so I'm going to start setting up my 20 gallon long for when I bring home a new pair of leo's soon. I will be making a trip to the pet store for supplies and want to try and put a list together. Since I will be having two of them in there I figure on having extra hides and the other usual accessories. Let me know if you think I have missed anything important.

1. 2 hides for sleeping
2. 1 hide as a humid spot
3. UTH
4. 2 food dishes
5. Water dish
6. small dish for calcium

Those are the basics that I can think of right now. I already have ceramic tiles to use as substrate. I am also working on some fake rocks for my other enclosure and should have enough materials left over to make something for them to play on or hide in.

Should I also look into some fake plants or things to climb on, or is that more of a visual thing and not something they will use often?

I was told to keep it simple at first until you are sure that they are eating and pooping alright. Then you can start adding in fake plants, logs, etc. My month old leo loves to climb on his fake tree I have in there. What you have on your list is perfect to start it up. Good luck.

Yeah, I don't want to overwhelm that at first so I figure I will let them settle in and then give them some toys to keep them busy.

1 other thing, you should probably get some bed-a-beast or coconut fiber to use in the humid hide.

Other wise, it sounds like you have everything covered!
