I have hatched a lot of SHT...but I have never got a pair of siblings looking so different!
And I have never hatched any one so light as the one on the pic...

It really looks like an albino . . . A friend of mine has hatchlings that look exactly the same and that are Tremper Sunglows from Urban Gecko / AM Gecko - Lines . . . If you want to, I'll ask her for permission to post some pics here. :) But sure you have seen more Sunglow-hatchlings then I did . . . ;)

What a wonderful surprise. I would love to see updates on the albino. I am sure there will be some type of hypo and tangerine influence on it.

I am not sure I like this surprise...
I have a stunning breeding pair of SHTCB...and that is what I wan´t to have out of the eggs too, not albinos!

Maybe I am a little boring...but this is not what I expected at all, even though it´s a beautiful hatchling.

I know you don't like surprises...but it's a cute little one, Lotta. And You have to take a pic or two on her eyes!

I think it's a beautiful baby! If it makes you feel any better, you only have a 25% chance for hatching albinos, the rest would be considered 66% hets (66% are het, 33% are not ... but you can't tell the difference).

She's got a bit of tang on her, keep us updated on how she turns out and what you find out about the parents. I supose if you have any albinos around you could breed each parent to one next year to see what happens.
I wonder if they are from a hybino project? That would make each one 66% het albino-is that right Shanti? Is that how you get the 25% albino hatch out rate from those parents?
What does that eye look like? Rw, bell, tremper? I don't know what tremper baby eyes look like, but aren't rw dark like that?

I´v got a mail from Alberto today...and both parents are het Albino and they are probaly from he´s hybino project!

So maybe I should keep my fingers cross and hope for a male hatchling too...

Well....ummmmm.....Congratulations on your first (?) albino hatchling.

They are both very cute! :)

No no...I hatch a lot of albinos :)
But I didn´t wait albinos from this breeders...so I was totally "cut off"

I could not understand that a SH could be so pale...
And the worth thing is...It hatched one earlier, very dark orange colour, but the tail was very very white.

Well...I thought "woow" that is a very nice SH...NOT, it´s also an Albino or Sunglow! I could acctually not even see the red colours in her eyes until I used the camera...

I admite...I should had seen that something was wrong, but I didn´t...I hatched SH :main_rolleyes:
