SHTC??

I saw this little guy at ***** today when I was getting some crickets for 15 bucks. I was wondering if he was a SHTCT, and if anybody might have any predictions what he might look like as a full grown adult. If i get some good input, will probably go pick him/her up tonight!!!!

I would say it's a Super Hypo Tangerine, not enough CT to qualify as a SHTCT.

You think those darker spots while fade a little with age???Or think he still has some changing to do?

Yes, if you keep him on heat he will get brighter and the spots will fade.

hell look prett ymuch the same, but with no spots or pattern. Not much carrot tail on him though so as mentioned above just Super hypo really.

But he looks very dark and he will probably brighten up if cared for well. You can see the dark orange blotches. Here is a Super Hypo. Yours is a Super Hypo Tangerine.

i thought it looked dark due to the lighting in the photo, i think if it was photographed in the same condition as the one you just put up, they would look roughly the same colour. but i dunno i may be wrong, i just thought it was the lighting.

If it's at a Pet Store, unless the pet store take very good care of them, it should lighten up. 15$ is a great deal.

Yup Nice one at that! I really like the head pattern it doesnt completely cover his head. :main_thumbsup:

That carrot tail that the gecko has could very well get larger. A lot of my shtct that I hatch out look like that as they get older the carrot tail starts getting larger.
