SHTCT * Sunglow

Hi guys,

I've kept a high yellow for years (raised it from a hatchling) with no issues, and would like to get new geckos and breed them but I'm not really knowledgeable on the issue of genetics. I recently obtained a male SHTCT and am currently eyeing a Sunglow female. What are the possible outcomes of breeding these two together, given no other information? Just conjecturing based on my very limited knowledge, would the offsprings be SHTCTs, since Sunglows are albino SHTCTs and albinism tends to be a recessive trait?

The offspring would be various degrees of SHTCT and het for albino.

Thanks! So unless the SHTCT is het for albino, the odds are zero for a Sunglow offspring I assume?

Yes, your odds would be 0 for getting an albino. What quality shtct do you have?
