sick and violent shaking

found my gecko today on her back upside down. she is still breathing and her eyes aren't opening she seems very lethargic and i dont know what to do. i gave her a warm bath and she seemed to like it. she was housed with 2 other females but i moved her to another tank. when i went in to check on her she had not moved but then her whole body started shaking violently and her head was also shaking can anyone help!!

defo vet asap vitamin deficiencies in leopard geckos can cause fits like that.
if it is a problem like correct vitamin levels the vet can put it on life saving treatment asap
