My 3 year old female has been acting sluggish, lethargic and looks very dull.

She has been this way for about a week now and im not sure whats going on.
She is fat so I've been cutting back on her food intake for a month now. Normally she is a pig and will gobble up anything i put in the tank. I give her dusted and gutloaded mealies twice a week. And lately she only eats one or two. She will show interest but if the mealie runs away she wont stalk it like she used to. Her skin is very dull. She shed less than a week ago. He eyes seem dull and dry, not bright or clear. I though maybe she could be shedding again so i bumped up humidity and gave her a warm soak. And no shed has happened yet.

Her poops look normal, and I've seen her drinking out of the water dish which is normal for her.

Here is what her viv is like:
-20 Gallon. Paper towel substrate replaced weekly.
-90 on the hot sude with UTH, 84 in the middle and 78 on the cool
-4 hides, 1 hot, 1 moist, 1 warm and one cool.
-humidity 35% when not shedding
- access to a small capfull of pure calcium without D-3
-no bright heat bulbs. Sometimes use ceramic heater when the house gets cold.

Feeding- pure calcium for 3 feedings, calcium with d-3 every 4th feeding. Mutivitamin every 5th feeding. Feeding dusted 24 hr gutloaded mealworms.

Do you live in a colder area? My oldest leo female, at 9 years, gets extremely sluggish during the winter to preserve fat, even my ambient temperature in my house is a steady 75F. During the summer she perks up and walks around a lot more and stuff.

Although if you haven't noticed this before it may be a problem? If she's eating, pooping, and not losing weight I think she should be alright

Maybe try buying a multivitamin if you dont have one? That can help sluggish behavior sometimes, maybe she's lacking in something

It's normal for geckos to become sluggish in the winter and even stop eating completely. You're set up sounds fine, and she has a good amount of weight, so I wouldn't be concerned.
