Sick Leopard Gecko in need of Urgent Help!

I live in a small town where reptile vets are not available. The vet that I've already spent 400$ on has done absolutely nothing helpful but my leo but flush her eye, which started this entire ordeal.

My leo is approx 1 yr old, but she (was) very large for her age. Her sickness started in mid-October, when her eyes were grey and clouded over. She was given BNP which cleared it up significantly, but the vet recently said her right eye still needs to be flushed frequently as the ..irritation or foreign body seems to be harder. She has not eaten anything but her shed skin ( shed perhaps 3x) and has developed small clusters of white spots on her nose, face, and inside of mouth. vet (not reptile expert) said it could be vitamin A deficiency, so she's been given once weekly .1ml oral doses of vitamin A. i've recently discovered these small white spots on her chest as well, and front left hand. Vet said it could possibly be shed skin, but I check her very well before and after and hadn't noticed these. She has not had a bowel movement in probably a week, despite pooping very fluidy things beforehand, and she does still drink water. she gets calcium and i offer her a mealworm and a waxworm every night but she won't have it.

EDIT:
just tonight she's torn off the white spots and with it, the skin on her nose. there is now raw skin on her nose, and she's got a chunk of her lip missing.
I'm concerned from the amount of white specks in her mouth she may have mouth rot, and am infuriated the vet didn't even check her mouth, only addressed her eye as a problem.
if the mouth rot doesn't kill her, I'm terrified this new very possible infection on her exposed skin of her nose will, and if not that, starvation.
weight in oct: 63g
weight as of last week:45g

I would never let a regular vet give vitamin A injections because if not given at a safe dose for reptiles it can be overdosed. Sorry to hear you have spend that much money. I wish you would have taken the far trip to a reptile vet and used that money there. She needs to see a reptile vet asap especially with that drop in weight. Your gecko should have a fecal exam and her mouth needs to be examined for infection or thrush.
Sorry there is not much you can do from home. She needs diagnostics done.

Stop feeding waxworms, they have too much fat. There is definately a serious problem if you have been feeding waxworms and your gecko keeps dropping weight.

she has not eaten anything since mid october. she only ever received waxworms as a treat before this, and her main diet consisted of mealworms every couple of days as she lost all interest in crickets when she was younger. the vitamin A is administered orally.

There is other insects you can feed with better nutrition, but that is a different story right now. You mentioned white spots in the mouth, it can be bacterial infection or a type of fungal infection and only a reptile vet can determine and treat it.

alright. i had someone come take a look at her, who isn't a vet, however she has a lot more reptile experience than any of the vets i've contacted about my leo. she believes it's bacterial, and could possibly be mouth rot. obviously, this is only her opinion, but suggested "baytril"? would this help?

There is no way to tell if it's bacterial or fungal without a culture done. If you use a antibiotic like baytril and she has a fungal infection instead, you gecko will end up worse because the fungal will multiply.

Much appreciated. There is a veterinary clinic about 40 minutes away from my city, where there is a veterinarian that apparently has more knowledge than the other vets around here regarding reptiles. I will attempt to get in touch with them, but in the worst case scenario; being that they know nothing, and I'm back to square one, do you have any other suggestions?

Get your gecko there asap. Once you start seeing patches in the mouth they can start spiraling down hill quickly. I am guessing he is not pooping? You might have to give her some of that slurry from the top of the page so that you can at least get some feces and to have a fecal done. Sometimes there is more than one problem. Aside from that just make sure her temps are perfect. Let us know how things turn out.

The gecko soup. I saw that, and will definitely put some of that together. Thank you so much for your input, I really, really appreciate it, and will get in touch with them tomorrow morning.
