Size mealworms

My first ever baby popped out on wednesday and im wondering the size of mealworms. I have some mediums that are about 1/2 an inch but the baby is a giant so i think he should be able to take them. What do you think?

I use medium/smalls on my hatchlings. So there shouldnt be a problem, it also depends on the vendor, one persons Medium may be another company's Large.

i get mine from lllreptile and they are pretty small
