Small amount of stuck shed on toe

My young fat tail has a small amount of shed stuck on one toe. I have tried to rub it with my finger and I have made her moist hide extra moint for her to try to get it off. What else can I try? Is a soft toothbrush OK for her? Can I put her in a warm bath? She is a young amel and her skin looks so delicate, I don't want to do anything to hurt her and but I don't want her to lose a toe to the stuck shed or anything either.

Thanks!

I would recommend soaking her in warm water up to her legs for 10-15 minutes, then gently in a rolling motion swab at the skin with a Q-tip. You can choose to repeat that step or grab some tweezers and gently pull it off. The tweezers usually get the job done, just make sure the skin is not dry when using them otherwise it looks painful when torn off. Don't worry you will fix her up.
