Small cut on my Leo.

My girlfriend just noticed a tiny wound on my leo's tail. If I had to guess, I'd say he probably scratched on one of the pieces of slate in his tank. It's obviously a wound on the tail, small, not deep and not particularly bloody.
Any advice on first aid? I've had Digger for 7 1/2 years, and this is the first time I have ever seen a wound on him.

just make sure hes on paper towles for a bit if not allready and give the tail a good wash with luke warm water. you can buy reptile friendly wound aid from shops that ae good for small cuts. hope all goes well x
