Smelly Leopard Gecko

Hi I have three leopard geckos. Two are perfectly normal and healthy but the last is unwell. She stopped eating and has got really skinny. She has been to vet and we were told there is ntohing else wrong with her other than her not eating ofcourse. So I have been hand feeding her mashed up mealworms and waxworms each night through a a injector thingy. Some nights she eats its it others not. Anyway she has started to smell REALLY bad. at first i thought it was just her poo. But its actually her. The smell is horrible and stinks out the whole room. I really need this stop. How?

I'd say it def is not normal for a leo itself to smell ~ did the vet actually do a fecal test to rule out any probs such as parasites, worms, impaction, etc? Also is she/was she seperate from the others or in with them?

Someone else had a similar problem on here. I believe their problem was the moisture hide stunk and the smell rubbed off on the gecko.

Oh yeah, wasn't it the moss.

I'm not too learned on gecko health...but could she possibly have an infection that could be causing the smell?
