My lack of faith in the Easter Bunny cost me. A few hours later I was rewarded handsomely. I am proud to announce... Smokey and The Bandit!

SAWEEEEEEEEEEET!!!!! CONGRATS Ken!!!! They're both very gorgeous! Thanks for helping me too.. after looking at yours, it is pretty different from our questionable one. I shined a light in the eyes of ours, and its eyes are definitely fully black, both of them. There is a slight stripe on yours, but not as pronounced.. also one thing I noticed, the spots on ours doesn't have any color around them, and yours does.. kind of like how Mack Snows will get some color and Supers never do..

but anyway, again, CONGRATS they're gorgeous :sweetheart:

Oh I know, but I'm super crazy like that.. one time we had a Snow Patternless that I thought was a Super and I literally stared at it's eyes forever.. but finally I could see the pupil, and it had just hatched.. I look very very closely :main_yes: .. but I have heard of solid eyes changing with time as well

but yes, we'll know for sure in a week :D

What were the parents of those two?

Awesome Ken.. new camera I see:main_thumbsup:

I have even hatched a few non mack bloodline enigmas with solid eyes (that lightened with age). Yes mack enigmas can , and often times do, have solid looking eyes.

Here's a pic taken a while back of Storm Shadow's Revenge (a.k.a. the proud father). For some reason he looks to have a yellow tint on his body that isn't visible to the naked eye. I dug up a camera I had in storage, it works a lot better than my BlackBerry for sure.

Thanks Heather. I love them too. They are results of the first time I ever deliberately temperature sexed for males. Smokey is the only Mack Super Snow male in my collection, and Bandit will take his father's spot in the breeding pool in time. In the future I intend to breed Smokey to Indira, my only successful MSSE (since my other mishap) to get all MSS and MSSEs.
