My hypo tangerine het tremper has snake eyes. I have searched everywhere on information pertaining to the genetics of snake eyes. So I guess my question is, would she be HET eclipse? I know eclipse and snake eyes are related, but I'm not sure how.

Het would me she carries the trait but doesn't express it. You gecko has snake eyes which is just low expression of the eclipse gene, so your gecko is eclipse

Stager's right. The eclipse gene can express as solid eyes or varying degrees of solid. I believe there are even examples of eclipse geckos with no expression at all. When only half or so of the eye is "eclipsed" they're called snake eyes but genetically they're exactly the same as an eclipse.

Gah, I don't even know why I put "would she be HET for eclipse" when it's showing. I was on my break so I was trying to type things way too fast I guess. Doh.
Thanks for the answers! That makes sense.
