Sneezing? I'm concerned

I was watching my leo Hobbes enjoy his heat pad after having a few mealworms when he seemed to sneeze. His body jerked and he made a noise just like a sneeze. Has anyone else ever seen this? Should I be worried? He didn't regurgitate anything but I'm still concerned.

Edit: About 3 or 4 minutes afterwards he went and took a drink of water. I've never seen him drink before, but he did. Might not be related but thought I'd let you guys know.

I think I have seen my geckos sneeze before, but I'm not sure if that really was a sneeze...anyway, I guess if your gecko isn't repetitively sneezing and don't have any nasal discharge or gapping mouth, you don't have to get too worried yet. Just keep an eye on him at the moment and see how he goes.

I really doubt sneezing is anything to worry about, we all do it sometimes. It is the same with geckos as in people. Then for the drinking, that is why the water is in the cage.
