GRRR!!!!!!

So I ordered an Exo Terra tank for my Crested like, 2 weeks ago, along with a bunch of other stuff.

Well the company calls on Friday saying they have to charge us more since we live in Alaska, fine, whatever.

We pay for really expensive Fed Ex Overnight.

Well they tell Fed Ex to ship it 2 day ground, which is like, a bunch cheaper, so they jipped us on that...

Well it arrived today, late...90% of my products that I ordered are missing, and the doors to the Exo Terra are smashed to bits because all they did was bubble rap them and throw them inside the glass tank...:main_rolleyes:

I'm sooo angry!! And of course there closed right now, and will probably be closed tomorrow for Christmas..

Do you think they will replace the tank, send new doors...??

My mom is REALLY not looking forward to lugging a 50 pound package to the Fed Ex place if they make us send it back.

Ugh, that's terrible.

My family and I lived in Alaska for four years, I can sympathize.

Good luck, and I'm sure they'll replace everything..that's wild that most of the stuff was missing.. Hopefully they'll take more care with packaging the tank, too!

I'm just hoping we don't have to send everything back, I have no clue how I'll get all the bubble wrap back on, put the tank in the box, and then put that box into another box O_O
I almost broke myself getting the 50 pound tank out!

Oh my...
