so i got wax worms as suggested. he was having a very hard time getting in his mouth, i looked alot closer and it looks like when he goes to open his mouth his tongue rolls out of his mouth and to the right, and when he goes to put it back in he twitches. so could he have cut his tounge or somthing? or because this all happend after i fed him crickets for the first time, could they have done something? im going to bring him to the vet this weekend. but is there anything you suggest?

Gecko4245 has kindly asked you multiple times to fill out a very informative health questionnaire that would give all of us some more information on your gecko (enclosure/food/supplementation/background history/etc) It doesn't take that long to answer. We all want to try and help you and your animal, and a little more information about him could help immensely in figuring out what seems to be the problem with him.

it's coincidense you mention this happened after a cricket. pop on over to the feeders section and look at Marcias post about this new 'super' cricket thats being marketed instead of the old domestics crickets due to the virus which have been doing alot of damage to some geckos and other reptiles due to its natural aggressive behaviour. apperantly alot of suppliers were switched over without notice and knowledge on how associate with these crickets. this affects north america....now I could be the jumping the gun BIG TIME, but I tend to do that to be safer then sorry...I am not trying to scare you or troll here...its an important article that everyone should read and you should to...compare your crickets. I know this isnt an answer to your problem..but just thought u should know good luck with your gecko

heres the article http://www.geckotime.com/jamaican-field-cricket-gryllus-assimili/
