I went on craigslist and found a guy who had a Leopard Gecko that was very young and looked just like Diamond ( when she was a baby). The Leo had a broken leg, the gentleman told me that he would care for the Leo till the leg was better and then adopt it out. I know the Leo is too young to determine the sex, so I definately dont want to breed. I just hope that it goes to the right person! When is the age in months that one can Adequately determine the sex?

That not easy to give an exact answer to. Most between the ages of 6 to 9 months. I've seen obvious males at younger, and others that I wasn't sure until they were almost 1 year.

I'm really glad there are folks out there like you who turn to rescue animals first before just going out to buy one!
