So i went to the pet store today to buy some of the repticarpet everyone is talking about and instead i left with a business card from one of the employees. He, the employee, is going to be at a large reptile show here this weekend, which i ll be at too. The employee is also a breeder, and he breeds Crested Geckos. According to him, hes been in the business of breeding for about 20yrs. I handled one while at the petstore without any intention of buying it, but fell in love with it. Thats when he gave me his card. My general question for discussion is, what do i need to know about selecting and purchasing a Crested Gecko, habitat, and food etc. Hes going to give me a care sheet, but what else do i need to know?
