my female red eyed enigma will be laying any day now. my best female TUG sunglow layed two eggs the other day, and never being with a male..they were obviously infertile. she is a little smaller than i would like her to be for breeding, but i figured if she is gonna being laying eggs...they may as well be fertile ones. i put my White & Yellow TUG sunglow in with her this afternoon. he (or she) has not bred before now. within two mins he was tail buzzing, and within five mins, he had her mounted and bred her. i was quite surprised he wasted so little time and went right to work! he is one of my more skiddish ones, so i wasnt sure how strong of a breeder he was gonna be...so far, so good! thats a good thing, because he is gonna get the majority of the girls:main_cool3:....the one thing i am still tossing up is if i wanna put him or my red stripe enigma male to my bold stripe female???? hmmm it would be a no brainer for the white and yellos sg, but my red stripe enigma is amazing too...i have not seen a nicer red stripe enigma anywhere(not trying to brag, but i have not.) so i really am still up in the air about it...any thoughts???

Very nice gecko's Rick.... My opinion would be the red eyed enigma, but either options should produce some nice hatchlings. Good luck!

you mean the red stripe enigma? the red eye is a female. i know both breedings would be pretty cool! i am already putting my w&y sunglow to a bunch of girls, so maybe ill put my red stripe enigma to the bold stripe...

Nice geckos man........if that w&y sunlow shows the potential of that morph then I expect great things from it.......though I agree with pairing the red stripe enigma with the bold. (let your w&y have fun with the other females :)

thanks for your comments and input guys, i really appreciate it! i was leaning toward the red stripe myself, now i am gonna breed him to her for sure. and my white and yellow sunglow is getting enough..."tail" as it is, gotta spread the love around right. i just put my red stripe enigma in with my patternless rainwater albino female a couple days ago, he got right to it with her too....he and my w&y sunglow are both proving to be great breeders so far! with snakes, some males just didnt have it...so this is pretty exciting to have the first two males doing this good. Xander, we will see the w&y's potential soon, he is currently being bred to two TUG sunglows and two APTORS, so i will see in a couple months his baby making potential...then in a few months after that on how the youngsters color up. i will keep you posted and put up some pics as soon as i have them. thanks again guys, i hope your seasons are going great, and good luck!
