Hello,

My name is Alex and I am new to this forum. I always find this forum helpful and informative.
my gecko is Blizzard leopard gecko and he is juvenile, not so sure exactly how old he is. I have had him for a month or little longer.
He has been eating crickets everyday. He eats and poops regularly and always have healthy poop.

I was looking at him today before feeding him, and I found that his eyes have different colors in some spots. and the colors are the same but different size and different spot. So on right eye, it is very tiny line with kind of marble color. On left eye, it is bigger and different shape. I thought it was reflection from the surroundings, but when i moved him to other room, it was still there.

It is not very obvious because it is small. But i don't remember seeing those color in his eyes before. so i am wondering if it is health issue or their eye color can change as they grow older.

Here are some pictures of him.

In two pictures from the left, You can see yellowish color on his eye. Maybe i am worrying for nothing, I just want to know what more experienced owners think.

Blizzards sometimes have random eye eclipsing (different from Eclipse in RAPTORs but same visual effect). Eclipsing in the eyes makes areas black (or red on albinos). Looks like your gecko has a high amount of eclipsing.

The bits of yellow are actually the geckos true eye color popping through a bit.

You can read about eclipsing a bit here:
