The red eyes of a Raptor is that recessive?

There are many threads about this. It is thought to be recessive, but a lot is really unknown about it.

How do you breed super albino snows?

It comes from these breeding crossings:
Mack Snow het Albino x Mack Snow het Albino
Mack Snow Albino x Mack Snow het Albino
Mack Snow Albino x Mack Snow Albino
Super Snow het Albino x Super Snow het Albino
Super Snow het Albino x Mack Snow Albino
Super Snow het Albino x Mack Snow het Albino

The bolded combination is more than likely you're best bet to get a Super Snow Albino.

How do you breed rers?

Assuming the Red Eyed Trait and the Reverse Stripe traits are simple recessives, either of these combinations of either RERS or hets for both RE and RS.
