of the geckos we have downstairs.

They were pretty small before, and they're starting to put on weight.
AND they are off the sand and on ceramic tile substrate.

These first two are from last night. She has some dry skin AND she had vitamin dust all over her face/head.

These are from today.

They dumped their food dish and got meal worm gut-load all over the place.
This one's body is getting bigger and so is her tail.

I really think she's going to be going into a shed soon

Her tail is not where I want it to be yet, but it's slowly getting plumper.
I have to keep telling myself that it won't happen over night.

HI BECCA IT'S ALLIE

Anyways, love the pics! Are these your husband's geckos? And is that the dish you mentioned to me for roach feeding?

You take such wonderful shots. What kind of camera are you using?

Thanks, guys!

Allie-
HEY! I'd like to think that I, myself, had a little something to do with those pictures turning out the way they did!:main_laugh:

Well, of course. I think if I had a D300 my photos would be sigfnificantly less stellar, lack of skill and all. :p

The thing is, when someone purchases a DSLR, it's usually (well, hopefully) because they have a desire to learn photography, so that they can take better pictures.

I got into photography because I wanted to take better action shots of Ella, AND because I wanted one to help me take better product pictures.

I bet if you got a D300, learned to use it with a desire to improve your photo taking skills, you'd take great pictures!
But once you learn the art of photography, you can take great pictures with a point and shoot.
The D300 is a great tool, and it DOES help me. I couldn't take my product pictures or action shots without it.:D

Thanks!

I just wanted to let you guys know, our scale arrived yesterday, so we weighed ALL the geckos last night.

The four downstairs?
ALL weighed over 50 grams.

I don't know what they weighed when I first joined here, but they were NOT that big then.:D
