She did become abit more fat lately but i dont have the stuff to set the eggs up yet! I can get that later today but what should i do now? Can i take the eggs out of the vivarium? they are kinda big and very white.. lol
I heard the eggs shouldnt be moved after she layed them but its only 5 minutes ago so can someone please tell me what i should do with the eggs now untill i can get perlite or something like that later today...

Okay, you will need a tupperware container and some kind of medium (do you have any vermiculite???). Make sure that whatever you use is moist, but not wet. If you have vermiculite, you can add enough water to equal 80% of the amount of vermiculite (so .8 to 1 vermiculite to water ratio) to get the perfect mositure/humidity. You can take the eggs out and put them into the tupperware container full of the moist medium, and put the lid on (no need for air holes or anything). Then, put the container in a room (perhaps a closet?) that is warm, about 80 degrees. Never put any direct light onto the eggs (it can kill the embryo). This should keep them well and good until you can get what you need..

If you don't have vermiculite, what do you have?

When you have your tupperware container ready to go, make little "graves" with your finger so that the eggs have a spot to be put into.. You only want them to be halfway buried in the medium. Some people don't bury them at all, but it helps keep the egg in place :)

fallen_angel: thnx for replying!

Ok, I got a tupperware container but the problem is I don't have any vermiculite or perlite yet because i didn't expect her to lay eggs this quick.. so I will have to get it later today, do you think paper towels would do for now? and moist them abit.. or if you know something better i'll try that.. one of the eggs is on its side and the other one is like standing.. can i move the eggs to the tupperware container and turn them abit? or should they stay exactly like they are now?

You're very welcome :)

Do you have any moss or bed-a-beast or even potting soil? I think the paper towels may work for the time being, but I wouldn't know exactly how moist to make them (I guess just get them wet and sqeeze all of the water out). And I would recommend putting a pretty thick layer in there, too, because paper towels will dry out faster..

I am SO GLAD that you asked because stupid ol' me forgot that part (sorry!!) It is very important that the eggs DO NOT GET TURNED at all. So I suppose if one is standing up, I would incubate it that way, although I have never heard of this (so this is just what I would do)

Oh and I forgot.. Albey has the best How to Incubate page ever. There, he tells you exactly how he incubates his eggs, what kind of incubator he uses and where to get one, and everything.. This method is supposed to be the best incubation method to use for the highest hatch rate. So those are the instructions for you for when you do get the stuff you need :) Also keep in mind that you will have to get your incubator set up and stabilized, plus the containers heated, before you can put any eggs into your new 'bator.

Ok thnx i'm gonna put the eggs in the tupperware container now and try my best not to move them at all, and i'll try to keep the egg thats standing like that. I don't have any moss or potting soil though.. Got 5 layers of paper towels now and made little graves for the eggs. You want me to take a pic of what the eggs look like? :)

Sure!

I think as long as you hold that one egg in the exact position as it stands while you move it, then set it back standing how it was, it will be perfectly fine :)

Maybe after some times passes, you can candle the egg and see where exactly the embryo attached to the egg wall. Then once you know where it is, maybe you can lay the egg on it's side, as long as wherever the embryo is attached doesn't get turned upside down.. Someone else will need to give their opinions on that part, though, it's not something I have ever done..

Also when I look close to the eggs i can see some pink color on them, thats normal?
I think she's going to lay another egg soon because she's not very calm yet.

Fertile eggs will glow pink when you candle them, but every egg glows yellow on its first day after being laid. The first thing you will be able to see will be a pink dot somewhere in the egg, perhaps that is what you are seeing :) The eggs look very good from what I can see, and I think you did a really good job keeping that egg up-right!

Leopard geckos typically lay 2 eggs at a time (called a "clutch"), and she can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks in between clutches :)

Many females are restless before and after laying. I know our females seem to get really angry when we take the eggs out of the enclosure, and they dig around a lot looking for them for a day or two. Make sure your female gets extra amounts of supplements from now on, since she is laying. She will need extra Calcium to help produce the egg shells. You can leave some Calcium in the cage at all times (she will know what her body requires and will eat what she needs), and dust food items with a multi-vitamin 2-3 times a week. Also monitor your female to make sure that she is eating. Normally, females will start chowing down right after they lay, but sometimes they don't.

Best of luck to you!
